No, in GCKey it's still showing my old biometrics, and both GCKey and Tracker are still asking me to provide my biometrics. I have submitted a webform, though.
Timeline:
Aug 7 AoR
Nov 7 UCI linked, Medical passed, BIL
Nov 15 Submitted biometrics
Nov 16 Eligibility completed on tracker
Nov 21 All Completed on Tracker
Nov 24 Final decision date on GCkey
Nov 27 COPR number visible on tracker
CEC inland
Pvo Ottawa, Svo Etobicoke (SVO was Sydney before FD)
Mine PVO Ottawa and SVO Sydney
Timeline

Biometrics submitted 14 Nov
eligibility and BC completed Nov 22
But since then no COPR details and no Final decision.
I wonder why I haven't received any update after that.

I wanted to ask a question about our application: My wife is listed as a dependent, but her eligibility status has not been started on the tracker. Is this okay?
Also, how do you know your PVO and SVO?
It's fine. Eligibility matters only for the primary applicant. You have to call IRCC and ask them for the PVO and SVO.

I am a PNP EE candidate. AOR 26th August. On the tracker everything is showing completed except spouses eligibility since 23rd November. No updates after that no final decision or COPR details on tracker. Is anyone in the same boat or how long does it usually take?
