Mine was Ottawa in the beginning then they transferred it to Vancouver VO. Yes i did get it.

I had the same issue mine was completed in November 2023 but did not get any update until April 2024. I called but no help.

I had the same Issue today. I sent it anyway because it says if it does not work then agent will adjust the brightness. I tried so many times but did not work.

I called their customer service number +1(888) 242-2100. Not sure mine is Montreal too

I got the same response last week but I think if you get a right agent who is willing to do that. It might work I guess.

If it helps I just called IRCC and the agent said if I dont get p2 by end of this month you can call them and they can put a note to receive it faster. I got p1 on 8th April Montreal VO. And if you received it last month then you should call and they might be able to do something.

Hi, I am a PNP EE candidate. AOR 26th August. On the tracker everything is showing completed except spouses eligibility since 23rd November. No updates after that no final decision or COPR details on tracker. Is anyone in the same boat or how long does it usually take? My tracker shows...

AOR: 25th August PNP Inland Everything marked completed since 23rd November except spouses eligibility and no update after that. Called IRCC and they said background in progress even though tracker says completed not sure what’s happening What can be done? Any help is appreciated. TIA
