Hi folks

I also received my GCMS notes today morning. Below is what I could figure out:

(Paper File) Office Scarborough
Location: E-Grant Review Ready PM01

Secondary Office: RC8090 - CPC Sydney

APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT ( All below are blank )
Due Date:
Assigned By:
Assigned To:

Eligibility:All Language, Physical Presence and Prohibitions: Not started and assigned to RC8090 with a due date of 25-Jul-2024.
Oath due date is shown as 13-Sept 2023.


My background check was completed 12-september and my test was completed Aug-22

Any suggestions on what to infer from this? Does "Grant Review Ready" mean anything?

Thanks. Pretty similar to mine. I was hoping to have LPP completed this week with an oath( hopefully in-person ) by December end.

I don't understand why "APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT" section is completely blank? It means nobody is working on it, right? What could be the reason for that? Backlog? My application is way down in the queue? I am just trying to find an explanation. I just don't get why any application would sit idle for 7months(in my case).

I have seen cases for folks who have assignment section blank but in their location they have PM01 review ready and they see movement in their application so I don't know maybe for some it's redacted and for some they just choose not to work on it until it reaches the 17th month. Sigh!

This whole GCMS thing is a riddle for which we somehow think we know the reasoning and logic. The stupidity is them providing this document to general public in this form. The doc is technical with various interpretations which we don't have any idea about. Then on this forum based on anecdotal evidence we somehow think we know what this coded document really means.

Crazy stuff bro... I have Application Assignment entered (not blank)

Primary - Scarborough
Secondary - CPC Sydney

Application Assignment - Assigned By and Assigned to fields are entered (not blank).
Due Date - July 22, 2023

Language, Residence, Prohibitions - Not Started
Due Date for All - November 20, 2023

Location - E-Grant Review Ready PM01

Any suggestions for what to do?!
