FSW inland country of residence unable to submit

Please help!
I’m currently preparing my documents to submit my PR application via FSW.
Both me and my spouse are in Canada. My spouse is a student here and I’m working with spousal work permit.
In the section: “country of residence” I am able to put Canada with no issues but it keeps saying incomplete/error and not letting my spouse choosing Canada. If we choose any other country it will mark complete with no issues. Are we suppose to not pick Canada for the spouse?
Anyone else have the same issue?

IRCC is having tech issues. Their FB page says they are working on it. Other people are having similar issues after an update to the system that was donde 3 days ago.
