I have seen that most of the updates in BLS tracker happen around 6.30PM EST. Maybe just wait for a couple more hours. @niswe @saahilgpt

Try checking purolator status using application number -- that will confirm whether its the same thing. Sometimes BLS status just stalls.

BLS website: Processing at Consulate General - 26 Sept 2023
OCI website: Acknowledgement and under process - 11 Oct 2023
OCI website: Processed : 1 Nov 2023
OCI website: Dispatched from MEA : 1 Nov 2023
OCI website: Document received at Toronto : 1 Nov 2023
BLS website: Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping : 2 Nov 2023
BLS website: Passport ready For Dispatch after OCI stamping (with tracking number) : 3 Nov 2023
Purolator delivered : 6 Nov 2023.

That does not include courier. You have to pay extra, or choose to pickup in person.

Received OCI status update today as processed, seems like all the September 29th applicants are receiving today. No update on the BLS side of the website though:

Not all September 29 application dates, more like Oct 16 ack date. Cause my app was 29 sept but got ack on Oct 17..
No processed yet. Hopefully tomorrow will be my turn.
