Can we please share 2023 PR timeline for those in Montreal/Quebec? Not sure if the length of the process is different based on each province. Also how long did it take you guys to get your CSQ and health card after applying?

Hey, I sent my PR application on Sept 28 2023
I sent the CSQ on Sept 27th. I haven’t received it yet, I need to wait for it before I apply for health card.

Certificate of selection of Quebec, Quebec residents need to have this before applying for health card.

you just need to fill the form, print it and email it with your positive NOD, Proof of residence (lease document) and brown paper to this address:
