It’s actually accurate because I’m from Quebec and my was even faster than his, applied in sept 2023 and got AOR in Jan 2024 and I got pre arrival in April 2024 and eligibility May 2024 and I got my notes and it said all steps are passed only waiting for decision which is weird for Quebec but...

Applied sept 2023, aor and Biometrics in January, pre arrival and eligibility in April. Nothing else for now
