Hello, No worries.
My background was completed on 23rd. My medical test results date was changed on October 25, 2023, and I received COPR details on the portal today, October 27, 2023.
Thank you very much! However, not sure what to expect now as I've not received any email or confirmation from IRCC regarding the same.
I made the payment 10 minutes after I received the biometric fee letter (Thursday night), but haven't received the instruction letter yet. I think I will receive it within the week since it's the weekend now... Thank you so much

Yeah, sorry. As per the other threads and my general estimate, from the final decision date, it takes anywhere between 13 to 15 days to receive Portal 1. Although there are people who have been waiting since October 2, 2023, so I am not sure how accurate this is but the majority of people got theirs within 13 to 15 days.Yep.
