PR Card Received - April 8, 2024. I live in Toronto.

Exactly the same thing happened to me as well. I contacted MP a couple of days back and they sent an email to me telling me that they have followed up and that there are no errors with the application. I immediately checked GC Key and there it was - "Your PR Card has been mailed." Portal still...

I initially had Ottawa as PVO and Etobicoke as SVO but it was changed to Calgary later. For the PR Card I do not believe they change the VOs.

On your eCOPR, you will see the clause: "Issued at:" and it will have your VO - most likely that is the VO processing your cases.
