Because processing times are long, there is a backlog in the UK so an officer has not yet opened your file. Has background check been completed?

What is your status in the UK? If not permanent you are essentially viewed as an Iranian living in a 3rd country so with less ties to their home country. Processing applications from Iran tend to take a long time for a variety of reasons.
