create another GCKey and relink your account and then you will receive the ADR and also you can upload it there.

Is there anyone who still waiting for PAL or MR, since 2023 March's AOR ?

The waiting time is unusual.

And, is there anyone who received updates since March ?

my AOR was 02.28.23, after months of nothing I requested GCMS notes, received them at the end of June. Notes say: Additional docs were requested, this note dated by 03.10.23. Should I tell you that I didn't receive any requests?
We sent Webform to them with doc, which they wanted to request. received autoreply : Doc was attached to your application. Month ago... and nothing. Called IRCC last week, agent said: Officer still hasn't opened your application.

If the missed ADR was not related to security (i.e. police certificates,..), and since it was originally requested after AOR, so most probably it was related to the eligibility check. In such case, you do not have to worry since you received PAL which means that you already passed the eligibility check. It seems that they continued processing your application without the additional documents requested without a negative impact on your application.

As per your signature, you already finished biometrics, medical, and eligibility. If you already passed criminality and info sharing, then you are in the security check which is the last stage. So hopefully you will receive your Portal 1 soon.

I believe your ADRs 1 & 2 were regarding the eligibility check. That's why you received PAL immediately after reviewing ADR2.
Hopefully, you receive your Portal 1 soon.
If you already submitted ADR3, Did they already start reviewing it?

Can someone plz advise on this. Does the online portal keep showing APPLICATION SUBMITTED before the AOR...or does it show APPLICATION RECEIVED

it will always show application submitted even after receiving AOR. But normally you will get a confirmation email that your application was submitted at the same time when you submit your application.
