did you get any update? I have received the same request for employment records on Aug 11, 2023 from Etobicoke VO, please update me if you get any update? I hope our next step will be the portal.
Yes, about 7-8 days later, they updated my profile to trigger portal 1 in my application. I submitted recent paystubs from current employer, letter of employment, and T4s for the past two years.
I am also still waiting for portal 2 @Lilly9795

I see people put application received as first stage of their application. Is it same as application submitted?..and do we get AOR after this application submitted stage..or does application
submitted change to Application received first?

I submitted the ADR in May through Webform and after approximately 1 week I got an acknowledgement. I ordered the GCMS notes on 7th July 2023 and only on the 13th July that my GC key updated and showed that "We have received the additional documents you provided". Since 13th July I have not receive any update. I called the IRCC few times before and and they confirmed the receipt of my documents. Well, I do not understand why my additional documents were not added to my application file since I have submitted them months ago. Also the fact that I ordered the GCMS notes has triggered an officer to update my GCkey bothers me. I feel that my application has landed with an inefficient officer because even the ADR was not communicated to me on time.
Let me clarify, I got AOR on 3rd of March 2023, and when I linked my application to the GC key under Additional documents it said " We need additional....." I called the IRCC on the 15th of March, the agent told me that I am withing processing times and my ADR will follow. After 2 months, i.e on the 4th May I called IRCC again , the agent told me an ADR was sent to me on the 3rd March itself. The agent put a note and the next day I received my ADR through mail which I responded on the same day (5th May ).

Hopefully, the officer will review my additional documentation soon. I am keeping an eye on my GCKey for an update. I feel that there is a need for me to order the GCMS notes every 2 months or so to monitor the progress on my file.
my AOR was 02.28.23, after months of nothing I requested GCMS notes, received them at the end of June. Notes say: Additional docs were requested, this note dated by 03.10.23. Should I tell you that I didn't receive any requests?
We sent Webform to them with doc, which they wanted to request. received autoreply : Doc was attached to your application. Month ago... and nothing. Called IRCC last week, agent said: Officer still hasn't opened your application.

This happened to me too. You can read my signature...
create another GCKey and relink your account and then you will receive the ADR and also you can upload it there.

Unfortunately we never agreed, no one did but decided by Govt and we have to follow it.
My only concern is for AOR not my ecopr.
“The one who’s staying in Canada and paying taxes and proving worth for provinces got 17 months and the one who’s not even here gets worth of 6 months.”
Some high quality weed they are smoking.
why should they be quick? we are already here ( I mean inland applicants), working hard, paying high taxes, otherwise they don't have to pay us any benefits, which PRs have. Double win!
