Ready to Submit to In Progress in PR Portal

Finally, I was able to submit:
1. Change anything on the travels form and hit the complete application button.
2. open Schedule A and hit the complete application button without changing anything.
3. open the Additional Family form and hit the complete application button without changing anything.
4. Change anything on the generic form and hit the complete application button.

it is important to change any field in travels and generic form.

The sequence should be as explained above.

After playing around for most of the day with the "complete and return to application" button, I was finally able to submit the application. Good luck to all of you trying to do the same!

Yes, I got to submit my application. Like I said, the only place I took the « N/A » off was in the Spouse and Children section of the Travel/Trips form. In the other forms I kept all the « N/A ».

It worked!!
After struggling for 3 days with this issue, I was finally able to submit my application thanks to you.

My IMM5444 is green and ready to submit but the bottom button Submit your application is still greyed out. So frustrated. Useless trying all the methods. Shorten the words, try different browsers, and clear the browser's cache. All useless. What a bad system!

Hi Everyone! I finally submitted my application. So what I did (and hopefully, it will work for you, too), I opened the PR Portal thru my Iphone using Safari browser. First, it shows "in progress", then, I went inside and the out the form, and voila, it turned GREEN! I went over the other IMM forms and all turned green and never went back to "in progress" again. I later used my laptop to check again and it stayed green and I was able to submit it finally.
