If anyone here is in England have you tried completing the prtd application via VFS global? if so, how was the process?

hi has anyone had any success submitting their PRTD? everything is ready to submit but the "submit application' button is still grey!! Ive tried so many times I don't know what more to do!!

they do met the residency requirement. Their PR card is being renewed but hasn't arrived, its been approved for renewal but thats it.
