Yes you should change your address. You can send webform or call them to update your address. This will not delay anything.

I called IRCC agent on the 20th June and he confirmed all stages have been passed except security which was still in progress
Checking my tracker recently, I noticed it indicates: updated 21st of July. What does this mean, does it mean my application has progressed? It's been 2 weeks now, I haven't heard anything
Should I expect good news soon?
My AR date is 31st March 2022, AOR Nov. 2nd 2022

Yes you may have good news soon. Each update on tracker shows that they are operating your application. The officer may open it or went through your application. Keep positive attitude and wait for good news and hope you get it soon.
Hello i am inland application , my ar is 9th march 2022, i also passed all stages except security, my security was started on 28 Feb 2023, since then there is no update on my application, i am also waiting

Today is my 1 year anniversary from AR with no any results... I called them, ordered GCMS notes, and everything shows that nobody has opened my file since AOR in February, when BIO and Med. completed and case was forwarded to the secondary office in Ottawa... any requests, any updates.... We are inland applicants...
I lost all hope.... I wish everyone to get their PR as soon as possible... but it looks unfair when some cases are completed in a few months, while some ones are waiting for years with no reason... sorry

did you call IRCC and ask if you passed the stages like security, criminality, eligibility , info sharing?

i can see you passed the medical and also got pal on 9 March 2023 its seems you passed the eligibility maybe you stuck on security like me
eligibility - passed
security - not started
criminality - in progress
medical - passed
info sharing - complete
info sharing could be passed if you provided them PCC of your country and if you're in Canada , pcc from your province,
and about security no one knows, it could take 6 months to 2 years
