I have just received P2. P1 on Sep 20 and replied on Sep 23.

Someone told me that we may receive the P1 again after one month! I am not sure whether I do the same or not. To be honest with you I may do it… mine is more than 3 weeks now.

No. As I asked here before there would be no acknowledgement after replying to P1. I can try Kai method but someone advised me to not to do so.

Anyone got P2 from Sep 23rd? I got p1 email on Sep 20 and replied on Sep 23rd but no P2 yet! It is so frustrating after 2 years of waiting and force IRCC to finalize my application by Writ of Mandamus and now again I have to wait that long!

Does writ of Mandamus work in thia scenario?

Previously , I heard that when you apply for Writ of Mandamus it would be 3 stages. In most cases with the first reuqest (the one you sent), someone in IRCC gonna take action and your application will get update. Do you think the ADR that you got is the result of the Writ of Mandamus?
