Since you don't have AOR, you can submit the docs by raising a webform using your UCI number.

Any idea how long would take ECOPR and P2?
I have been waiting 26 day now!!
Called IRCC,.. the agent said no-update that there is no Timeline for ECOPR!!
it is now Two years, I am tired of being ignored by this useless system.
