Who all have not received the LPP yet after completing the citizenship test in March?

My office is Scarborough, There is no update after the Citizenship test was completed on 20th March, IRCC customer agents have no clue, replies with their signature reply - Application is under processing times
Someone I know got their LPP completed and oath invite 6 months after the test (all within normal processing time after test )

It’s frustrating but hang in there.. it’ll all be over soon

Hey, you should look at a realistic timeline of 4-6 months from test to oath. Mississauga office is working at slower than usual speeds. Just sit back and relax.. oath can come any day now
The 6 months is so rare though. IF you look at tracker for Nov 2022 and Dec 2022 applicants, the average wait time from LPP to oath is 30 days. For most people its 10-15 days.
Just frustrated since I have a trip to India coming up on Sep 09 and want to be done before that.

seems we are in the same boat. Just worried that if I get oath in mid Aug, i may have to delay it as there's not enough time to surrender passport and apply for visa.

You dont need to surrender passport if your trip is shorter than 3 months. You can leave your Indian passport at home and apply for e-visa with a surrender certificate or something like that.

You have 3 months to surrender the passport and I plan to do it when I am back from India in October.

Hey guys, I got a ghost update on July 11th. I called up IRCC a day or 2 later asking what it was about and the representative informed me that they had received ICES report for CBSA. Do they do that for every case?

My visa process office is Scarborough. I haven't seen any updates since April 11th (Background check completion). All other dates are in my signature.

My office is also Scraborough and I don't know if my ceremony will be online or in person (Aug 14th) as I haven't got the email invite yet. Did you just send an email to the email adress we've got in our test invitation?
Thanks
I sent the email to this Scarborough office email address for oath ceremony related communications. I got it from one of the threads here. Apparently, that’s where you get your official oath invite from and where you send your stuff to after the oath. Here it is for Scarborough:

Where did you read this? I have went through many sites but all of them says we need to surrender immediately.

This is awesome. Thanks a lot. Also it seems we can use the passport to travel to india as well in that 3 months period so no need for e-visa.
I am not sure how the immigration officer will react on exit from India. As you won't be be able to use Indian passport and Canadian passport will not have an entry stamp. I hope they know about this grace period thing.
