Does anyone have any idea how long it'll take for the eligibility to be completed and get the decision letter .. also what is checked in eligibility.

During eligibility stage they check the genuineness of the relationship between PA and Sponsor, so everything like your photos, whatsapp convos come into action now.

Did anyone get 2 different updates in the tracker. My eligibility was changed to in progress on jun 26th.. When I checked my tracker today the application history says "eligibility status has been updated to in progress - Jul 5".. And my Jun 26 update is not ter it's removed. What's happening.. Did anyone come across a similar situation?

On tracker I am register with sponser UCI number and it shows only SA approval date nothing after that. Do I have to register using PA uci as his médicale r already passed on gckey and eligibility is in process.. please guide me

yes, you have to register the PA using their UCI for PA updates on the application tracker from your application.
