Have you reached the call centre. Try until u get thru. Thats how i got them to resend it, I also had that issue

I am trying but not successful you know working full time ! By the way how it is if I do my FP and mail them by post and through webform? Do you know the address that we need to send ? Originally I sent my application to Sydney,NS

So you have to get the letter, in the letter it will tell u the specific address, either vancouver or Sydney only those 2 offices send FP requests. My local file is in Mississauga office. So its best to try calling their customer care. Thats the quickest way

It’s ridiculous and frustrating when tracker say FP required and email sent but no email received and impossible to reach IRCC over the phone and they response to webform after 1-2 months !!!!

Strange. My webform was responded to within 48 hrs.

You can call IRCC (phone number available on their website. Hasn’t changed in 10+ years.) There is no phone number to local processing offices. Local processing offices will also NOT respond to email questions other than those regarding the actual scheduled ceremony.

so it’s either webform or call the customer service number.

I have raised webform today and tried whole day +1 (888) 242-2100 but bad luck

They’re busy. Start at 7 am. If they give you the option for the callback, use it. They will call back and often well within estimated waiting time.

Is there any WhatsApp group for the IRCC Ottawa office? I completed my citizenship test on June 21, 2023. Still, online trackers say to take the citizenship test, waiting on you. please let me know what should I do now.

I'd just wait. Most folks get it marked complete within 2ish weeks. If after that, you don't have it updated perhaps follow up then.

Try calling from 8am Toronto time. I always get through.

Yeap, it was a wrong tracker. Signed it with you link and now see progress.

Was requested to submit fingerprints on June9. Sent it on June 13th. On my profile it says that they are waiting on me. Wondering if I should contact IRCC or the fingerprint place, or wait.
