On one hand it appears that the offer itself is open for acceptance for 2 years. On the other, the message appears to be that it's a contract of employment for 2 years, given this wording:

This offer will be valid for two years from the date of reporting to duty.

If you have 2 years in which to accept the offer, then being valid "for two years from the date of reporting to duty" makes no sense. No one would report for duty unless they had accepted the offer. The offer would then be spent. Again, to call it valid for 2 years after you showed up for work makes no sense. Of course DevSB, you are right that no offer will ever be open (I guess that's what is meant by "valid) for 2 years.

The offer also provides:

But, later it says:

You will be compensated with an hourly salary in the amount of CAD$ 15 per hour exclusive of tax and your

So, it seems to contemplate a 40-hour work week. At $15/hr., that would be $600 per week or a bit over $2,400 a month. Maybe a choice is being offered...take a monthly salary of $4,098 or, if your feel like being charitable towards the employer, agree to $15/hr.

The whole thing is so poorly written and nonsensical as to give one a headache. But, it has some entertainment value.

Don’t understand what you are saying. A job offer doesn’t let you work in Canada. It means nothing if you don’t have approved LMIA to apply for closed work permit.
