    Depends on what your transcript and confirmation letter say- if you took an unofficial break then it is highly likely it will be refused

    Its unclear- the course says 2 years, but it is in fact 4 semesters.. and because its a certificate, not a master's degree, a 3-year pgwp is not guaranteed.

    Yes. The processing time they indicate includes every country, so I would be patient if I don't hear back on the 6-week mark

    It begins when you submit your application online, but the time it takes to submit biometrics is not part of the ‘processing time’
