Should i reply on portal 1 email asking about the update or should i write a separate email?

Got the 2nd email now. It turns out I already created an account so I got an email saying a case was added to my online account. Submitted the pictures and declaration. Hoping to get eCOPR soon!

I believe I created it like months ago and did not remember having it. Just visit the portal site - https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login, and then create an account. However based on IRCCs email it may create a delay if you create your own.
After how many days of process (medical, biometrics, eligibility, background, etc..) completion do we get Portal 1?

My partner got his portal credentials! Finally! He emailed on June 5th, and just got his credentials right now June 23rd.
He is only supposed to be in Canada until Monday which we now have to change. We were going to change to July 19th so he gets another month - chances of him getting eCOPR once we change the flights?

eCOPR is usually issued 10-15 days after you submit your credentials. So you'll probably get it before July 19th.
