Sorry I have no idea! I think anything that gets stamped via VFS takes a similar time, which could be anything. They say six weeks I think but I’ve seen people get it within two weeks, and some longer than my seven weeks.

No, we applied for PR (Canadian Experience). Because I’m temporarily in the UK I had to get an outland COPR via VFS. I sent the VFS package the morning after we got instructions, so 7 weeks in total for that bit of our application.

Mine took 7 weeks in total from sending to arriving back. I genuinely felt it had been lost in the void but it just took forever.

That seems really weird - is your passport due to expire in July? It’s usually linked to your medicals, or your passport validity if that falls sooner. You can always try emailing the address you got the COPR instructions from and/or submitting a web form questioning it - but they would probably...

You are almost identical to us I thought we were alone! My partner submitted photos on Friday June 23rd via portal and got his eCOPR a few minutes ago today June 26th! What a hell of an awful process. I still need to wait for my outland COPR and cross the border but we are almost there.

You are still only a week in so while it’s usually quicker it’s not unheard of! Last ditch is MP - call or go to their office. Offices usually have a weekly meeting with IRCC. Might not be super helpful as they can take ten days to get back to you but if there’s a genuine delay a note usually...
