Anywhere between 1-2 months. If they ask for Employer ADR, that is processed faster.

My entire family changed our passports, through webform can I send for all in 1 webform or should be it separate?
And should I send scan of passports?

So you are March 19, 2021 Outside CA applicant? Can you please share your complete timelines?

Also, the status in GCKEY won't change as its a PR application and it will remain open till you complete 12 months of work experience.

Bio and eligibility is respecly we do not need, we are reviewing ...

As I said, Ignore the GCKEY. Wait for the PPR emails now and get visa stamped on your passports.

Congratulations on receiving PPR

If you submitted the applications of your children with your initial application, you will receive it in a week or so. If you have submitted at a later stage, then it will take its own time.

W Letter means it's a work permit application. And this is what every HCCP/HSWP Category A applicant will get.

Since you received the PPR email, just submit the new passports for visa stamping. There is no need for any explanation to either IRCC or VFS.
I hope your old passports are attached to the new passports.
