I know lol. Was just thinking that. Another hypothesis, I think it depends on the officer who originally sent our file to Sydney office.

My tracker says scheduled for citizenship oath, it will be on July 11th but I haven’t received the invitation yet.
LPP marked complete June 15th, Decision made same day, scheduled for oath on the 17th.
