It's just going to be a simple 'chart' of ranks in listed form. Imagine you did a table of military ranks with eg generals at the top.
List by lower rank going down
General
Colonel
Major
Captain
Lieutenant etc
In a govt ministry this might be something like:
Minister
Deputy Min
Assistant DMs
Director-General
Director
Deputy Director
Chief Bottle Washer
Sr. Bottle Washer
Jr. Bottle Washer
Bottle washer would be whatever line job the person had or the core profession at that department.
