I applied for ONIP PNP NON-EXPRESS ENTRY Program from outside of Canada. My medical exam is passed. Then, I received a letter through email from IRCC that my application is finalized and I should make an account of PR Portal and I must be inside Canada to do that. I told IRCC that I am outside of Canada so IRCC replied this to me.
"As we require clients to be present in Canada to receive confirmation of their permanent residence, and you have indicated that you are currently outside Canada, we cannot move forward with your application at this time. Please notify immigration when you enter Canada."
However, I am outside of Canada, and my TRV and work permits are already expired. So, I need to get a new visa.

- I have to apply for annual leaves to visit Canada. So, I need to know: how many days will IRCC take (process time) to issue me a PR Card once I land in Canada?
- How long this PR confirmation request will remain valid?
