Hello all, I have 3 years of work experience in 1 company, job duties and job title have remained the same, but Salary and Working Hours increased with time. Now, I know it's easy to display to this in the Work Reference Letter, I'll clearly put out what was the Salary at what time period and what were my working hours.

But what about the Express Entry Profile, what should I write in there ?? My initial Salary and Working Hours when I had joined or my last Salary and Working Hours when I left the company ?? PLEASE GUYS if anyone can help me with this. I don't know what to put in those Work History Fields.

Were you always considered full time based on this criteria? https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers.html#skilled
  • at least 1 year of continuous workor 1,560 hours total (30 hours per week)—you can meet this in a few different ways:
    • full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full-time (1,560 hours)
    • equal amount in part-time work:for example 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
      • You can work as many part-time jobs as you need to meet this requirement
    • full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

If you full time in all jobs, simply list the last working hours and yearly comp that you have right now.

I am sorry I didn't include the information regarding whether I was full or part time. Yes, I was full-time all throughout, and also it's not my current job.
Anyway, so I will just simply mention my WOrking Hours and Salary whatever I had when I had left that firm in the Express Entry Profile Section.
And then in the Work Reference letter, a proper bifurcation I'll provide, as to what Salary and what working hours I had initially when I had joined, and the Salary and working hours I had when at the time of leaving.

Thank You so much for ur detailed info. Let me know if there's anything else I should know.

Okay, that's good to know.

Yes, let HR add your last annual comp and your last working hours (we usually have 40 hrs/week in India) which should be sufficient to cover the full time definition.

If you want, do attach a few random pay slips/pay stubs from your employment duration to the employment letter too. Let's say, you worked for this company from 2018-2021, attach one pay slip/pay stub randomly from 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 each.
