I am scheduled to take an oath on 23 May but haven’t got invitation letter yet. Can anyone tell me whom to contact regarding ?

You can call them or raise a webform query. I normally use the webform. When did your LPP get completed?
Question, there is Citizenship Tracker https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login, and there is Login https://citapply-citdemande.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/sign-in , what is ECAS ?

If you haven’t gotten it 6 calendar days before the event, check your junk mail folder and contact our Client Support Centre to make sure we have the right contact information for you.
You have not reached the 6 day marker.
no updates on the tracker other than application filed March 6, and ecas last update AOR March 16
