Even in Niagara centre there is no first come first serve as I have been waiting since Jan 31 after my BC completed for test invite.Some of them got it with in a week after BC completion.

I think he'd be getting processed at Mississauga office (looking at the speed this has been moving).. Scarborough unfortunately is one of the slower ones ..

UPDATE May 9th, 2023

I logged into my portal today and I saw that my profile has been updated today with new activity that was done on May 5th with LPP being marked as completed!

Now we both wait for oath letter

UPDATE May 7th,2023

I logged on hubby portal today which had an updated tracker for today as he previously had a ghost update on 5/5/23. Upon checking, his LPP have all been marked as complete as of May 4th,2023.

I also checked back my portal and I do have a ghost update as of today but I haven’t seen anything new but keeping with his ghost update timelines, I’m assuming that my LPP will be marked as complete by Tuesday or Wednesday off this week. I’ll check back then and update.

It's funny, looks like many centers are slow in general! my center is Montreal, I had submitted the application on November 23rd, 2022, then took the test as of Feb 20th, showed completed as of Feb 22nd. After that 1 ghost update on March 2nd, and nothing after that

Yes Montreal Ottawa are the slowest.

LPP and everything required is - completed!
5 months-Including additional language test and a certificate from the police of another country.
Not bad.

We have actually a very identical timeline.. in Montreal as well fingers crossed to have the oath soon now!

I may have a job offer from US company and all depends on my Canadian passport. The IRCC Niagara Falls is taking time in processing applications (I understand it is only 5-6 months from the time I applied), but still anxious. I am in between rock and hard place right now.
