Visitor visa delayed : June 2022

Need suggestion.
We applied for parents visitor visa in June 2022. In dec 2022 they asked for additional documents ( work history of my father) and status changed to ‘ we are reviewing additional documents you provided’. Since then there is no update on our application. We contacted local MP in March 2023. Per them everything is done except final decision and there is no timeframe when we will be receiving.I applied for gcms notes which I am expecting next week since I read it somewhere they may pick up your file.
Now I am seeing processing time for visitor visa from India is just 19 days.Can you please suggest if I should wait or should I withdraw my application and start new fresh one again?

,I apply for my visitor's visa in Kazakhstan,now I am in Nigeria and my visitor's visa has been approved,,I got my passport request letter from Kazakhstan,can I submit my passport to the nearest Canada vfs in Nigeria or I need to go back to Kazakhstan to make the submission.

Yes,you can visit the VSF office in Nigeria and submit your passport. But make sure you ask question and follow the necessary procedures for submission
