I received my portal mail yesterday and my tracker still shows bg not started and no copr details.

Nice. Congratulations. Im Outland applicant tho and based on what i have read in this forum, O applicants get their COPR details on tracker. But I certainly hope its not always true.

RCICs have posted videos about what services would be impact and what wouldn't be impacted by this strike. I didn't had time to go through it, but you can go through them and share with us

PR application processing will be delayed. Temporary visa applications won't be affected. It will be tougher to contact IRCC now. If application has already been processed, it could be a relief.

Just means they haven't worked on your application since then.
