I don't think there is any fixed timeline for this.
BG Check and eligibility totally depends on your application, amount and complexity of verification involved and documents submitted.

Nope..not yet

I tried creating an account for the status tracker, but it can't find my application and won't let me complete the registration. I've already received the AOR, completed the biometrics request, and just did the medical appointment a few days ago.

Is it normal to not be able to create the account at this point? I double checked my UCI, application number, name, date and place of birth are all correct.

It took me 3-4 months to get passed. It depends maybe but VO ottawa was kinda slow to pass it
