PR card renewal through online application

I submitted online first in middle of Dec 2022 and was returned for "photos are missing". I resubmitted at the beginning of Feb 2023 and today I noticed the reason for return disappeared. Still cannot link to my application with GCKey. Need double check: is the UCI number 8 digits on the PR card with a "-" at middle, and we don't need the "-"?

Yes, I sent my application on 2nd, Feb. and linked GCKey on 24th, Mar. Until now, no any status change or message to me
Has to use eight digits or ten digits number for UCI without "-", system limits this.

I m filling my application online , i have got digital picture from staples , i am little confused how to show the back of the photo (stamping of photographer and date taken) .
i talked to the staples photographer they said they can’t provide stamping unless pictures are printed ..
any help would be appreciated

You have to scan the back of the photo yourself and upload it

I was about to file my PR card renewal application through regular paper application process, As some one told me that for PR renewal online application is not applicable here. ( this conversation is of early April 2023)

did you do anything for the glitch? or just wait it out for the return reason to disappear?

Just wait it out… it goes away when they start processing

Yes. View button was enabled. I could go into the application. The declaration section was showing 'incomplete'. Checked all the check boxes and all the information if it was filled. For some reason the date field was still showing original date of submission of Feb 5th. I thought I might have to change it for today. But it wouldn't let me. Checked everything was fine and then clicked submit. Now the application is showing status as 'submitted' again.

any update after the re-submission? I had the same issue

I am trying to apply for PR card renewal through the online application.
I have filled in the online form, attached the mandatory checklist, photos (front and back), primary identity document (passport), original pr card, proof of payment and the consent and declaration. However the submit button is still disabled. I am at a loss as to what is missing in my application to enable the submit button?

There's no option to apply online

No update. The timestamp now changed to the re-submission date of March 13th. So I have to wait the expected processing date from March 13 th (and not feb 5th). Tried linking my application to gckey but still not able to do so.
