In the past days I've attempted time and again to fill my EE profile and send it, however either I am doing something wrong or there is something wrong with the IRCC website. Regardless, here are my credentials: My IELTS Results are : speaking 8, writing 7, listening 8.5, reading 8.5. My Test Report Form Number is 2219000719BAKS142G, however I do not fully understand which part of it or whether all of it should be written down in the form......My Ref number for ECA is CIC-000064663-IMM, and, once again, I do not know how to write it correctly in the form - with the hyphens or without them, with the zeroes or without them, with the letters or without them.....I wasn't able to find an online guide for this particular format.....as for my work experience, which is probably the most important thing - I worked for three years as a draftsman technician in Autocad, however this was before the initiation of my studies....I graduated in Nov. 2022 with a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering and I began working during my final year of school...I since then moved to another engineering ''high-tech'' firm in which I work to this day...My combined experience is about a year now....I'm 30 years of age, and have no relatives in Canada or a valid (or any) job offer there to date....Still, I think I meet the requirements for EE and I am utterly bewildered why time and again the system throws me out....I attempted to contact the IRCC staff and tech support but they were utterly useless, failed to understand the issue, or simply didn't reply to my messages and requests.....I ask the people here in this forum, who might have seen more than a few cases as such to assist me in this endavour, if they see it fit, since no official body was able or willing to do so.....

What NOC you are?

Combined experience?
Please elaborate, one needs atleast one year continuous experience to be. Eligible to apply and the NOC has to be a skilled one.

Your IELTS and WES numbers seems to be ok, they do not matter at this point though.

Did you calculate your eligibility score? Do you have 67 points minimum? Do you have one year of continious full time Work experience? This is not a tech support or IRCC issue as you need to calculate it first. Not sure if you are eligible for EE with a bachelors and one year of experience.

Sincere advise, don't post reference numbers, IDs, etc on this forum. Consider your privacy very seriously as all of this can be potentially misused.

The problem is on your end (it is not the IRCC website). You are answering one or more questions incorrectly or don't meet the minimum requirements. Have you verified that you have at least 67 points under the FSW point system? Do you have at least one year of continuous work experience in the NOC you have listed as your primary NOC (continuous = without any breaks)? If you showed your engineering occupation as your primary NOC, then this will not work and will result in an ineligible profile. Did you show enough in proof of funds?

Agreed that it's a really bad idea to post any ID numbers on a public forum. Delete this information.

Regarding your IELTS results, it's important to enter all the information that the IRCC requires in the appropriate fields on the application form. You should include your Test Report Form Number in its entirety, without omitting any part of it. You can enter it with or without the hyphens and with or without the letters and zeroes, but make sure it matches the information on your official test report form.

I do. ''If you showed your engineering occupation as your primary NOC, then this will not work and will result in an ineligible profile.'' - how come ?

Is there a way to calculate it by hand ?

Combined from two different jobs
I never heard about combining two different jobs to claim one year continuous** work experience. Is this the problem that you won't pass the eligibility check by the system?

** "Continuous" hear means you have been consistently working full time under the same NOC without any time gap in between. They are very firm on this.

Based on the information you've provided, you do not have 1 year of continuous and full time work experience in the engineering NOC. Is that correct or not correct? If correct, then you cannot use this as your primary NOC.

Per your initial statement, ("My combined experience is about a year now."), it sounds like you feel like your total engineering experience is at least one year. However, when you put the information into the system, I think EE profile won't allow you to put two employers under the same NOC to claim 1 year full time experience. You might want to closely reference IRCC website to determine whether your current status is eligible for EE. (Eligibility to apply as a Federal Skilled Worker (Express Entry) - Canada.ca)
