Congratulations on receiving an invitation through the Arrima Expression of Interest!
Regarding your question, you will need to check the specific requirements provided by the Quebec government for your diploma and job experience documents. Typically, when submitting documents for immigration purposes, it is recommended that you provide certified true copies of your diploma and transcripts, along with a translation if the documents are not in French or English.
For job experience, a Certificate of Employment (COE) is an important document to provide. If the COE does not contain detailed job duties and responsibilities, you may need to provide additional evidence of your job experience, such as reference letters from your supervisors or colleagues, job contracts, pay stubs, or tax documents. These additional documents should provide a more comprehensive overview of your job duties and responsibilities.
It is always best to double-check the specific document requirements provided by the Quebec government, and if you have any questions or concerns, it may be helpful to consult with an immigration lawyer or a certified immigration consultant.
the problem is that the company was already closed i was not able to keep any paystubs nor the contract even tax informations, i also already contact the tax government if i can obtain any tax informations about that employer but unfortunately that they cant give any because the company is alreasy closed

do you have any idea how long should we wait for the next step after paying the fees?
After the payments, you will receive a personalised list of documents for every person in your application (spouse and kids). You will also receive a letter to attend and get a certificate for Objectif Intégration; a mandatory documents to be submitted for CSQ application.

The review of CSQ will start after we submit the personalised list of documents along with certificate for Objectif Intégration

Hello,

The personalized list of documents I have been asked to provide include the Form A-0527-JA among other forms.
However, this form (unlike the rest of the forms) cannot be computer-filled [ no highlighted blue area where you can directly fill in the information using the keyboard, only empty blank space);
I can always add a text and fill in the info, of course! But do you know if they did this on purpose so I fill in the form manually (hand-written)?

Also, should the passport photos be stapled to the personalized list of documents, or is it better to put them in a small envelop?

I believe you're talking about the " Déclaration sur les valeurs démocratiques et les valeurs québécoises exprimées par la Charte des droits et libertés de la personne" Form: A-0520-VF?

The letter I received mentions that there are two ways to obtain this certificate:
• pass the online assessment;
• participate in an Objective Integration information session.

I passed the online assessment. It was easy. It is mentioned that I have 3 hours to complete the assessment, However, I needed only 1 hour & 15min.
Also, there's no need to attach/include the certificate of completion of the assessment (which you get in case you score at least 75% which is 15 correct questions out of 20) because the letter I received mentions the below:
When you have completed the assessment, the result will be automatically communicated to you and to the Ministère. You therefore do not have to send this result to the Ministry yourself.

Thanks for the info. For our case, I contacted one of the MIFI's authorised offices in my city and we have received the appointment to attend the session starting from 17 April - 21 April. I didnt try to attempt the online assessment due to my weak French

You can use a PDF editor (i.e foxit PDF phantom or similar) or some online website to fill this form. For photos, I have not submitted my documents yet, I hope some who did it, can help you (us)

What is the language of content and questions used during the online assessment?

For the Objectif Intégration, the content will be presented in French but at the end certificate will be issued without any examination. And those who participate will receive $205 in financial assistance.

This is generally required. But staff at office where we particpate the session already know me and my family very well. We have attended their previous sessions (related to settling in Quebec, taxation etc.), when we ask anything in English, they reply in English too

Yes it is in French. But you have an option to put English subtitles. The 14 videos (capsules) are literally someone reading the Practice Guide which you can download at https://cdn-contenu.quebec.ca/cdn-contenu/immigration/publications/fr/GUI_Pratique_Valeurs_EN.pdf

The questions are easy and you have an option to get them in English.

The content is in French. However, you have the option to put English subtitles, and also you can get the questions in English.
There are 14 short videos (around 3.30 minutes each) and 1 or 2 questions on each video.
Straightforward and easy questions just to make sure that you understand the Quebec democratic values.
