Hi everyone,
I got my PR in 2019. I lived in US for 200 days from Oct 2020 to Jun 2021. I'm sure I will need a US PCC for citizenship application in this case.
I was directed to 'Identity History Summary from the FBI online' for a US PCC. Since I'm now in Canada, I looked at the option to apply online, which turned out requesting a fingerprint card done in a local USPS office.. It also provided the option to mail the PCC application. But it requires a US Social Security number and fingerprints placed on a standard fingerprint form which is taken by local, county, or state law enforcement agencies.
The issue is now I don't have a valid US visa any more, and my new visa interview is not near soon. Any advice I could get a US PCC from Canada or I should provide an explanation in the application?
Thanks.
