I may sound like a broken record, but no one knows for sure. There have been huge variations in when & what shows in some people's accounts, but the lack of items completing doesn't mean they are not 'done' -- someone has just not pressed the final button or ticked the final box on that step. Many have had these passed for a long time, or in progress for a long time, and in varying orders (as revealed in CBSA/GCMS notes), but often they don't get 'passed' officially in your account until just before, during and even after your first PR email. My Background didn't show as complete in my account until the day I received eCOPR. An agent said my Criminality was still in progress but I got the first PR email the very next morning.
I'll say it again, transparency is not happening in our pathway but don't panic about it. Raise a fuss with your MP, send a webform, call the call centre, get your representative to inquire, but the only thing I found useful was ordering my GCMS notes through CBSA. Best wishes!

good you're near. Because it goes like medical passed, expired, passed. They just screwing around with me alone now. Never give any update. Seems like some sadist officer handling my file
A reminder that IRCC has had several temporary policies in place regarding Medicals, which is often reflected as Medicals passing again and again, because they do 'batch' or automated updates in the system when some Medicals would otherwise be expiring.

You will not ‘send’ the photo by email. You will be provided with instructions in another email with a portal link and asked to create a new password in that portal, and then upload the photo through the portal and verify your address for the PR card to be mailed.

It’s nothing to worry about. I have found by reading this forum that the people working in the offices of the MPs have less detailed knowledge of the immigration processing and the TR to PR Pathway than we do, often reply with very little useful information, and sometimes even confuse the situation by adding comments based on their vague understanding of how they think processing is being done. It is only a guess but I think an agent told them that Criminality is still in process and they’ve added the bit about it being with CBSA. That may be true but there are lots of people waiting for Criminality (Background Check) to complete and many will get PR before it even shows as being passed (like me). Best wishes!
Hi guys, I have few questions on behalf of my friend. She applied for TR to PR Essential worker stream July 7th, 2021. Today she received request for additional documents for her past 2 jobs. They have asked for paystubs from her past 2 jobs and description of duties as well for both. She doesn’t have paystubs so I guess ROE will work for both. But for Description of duties what she needs to provide?
