Waited so long but didn’t get anything. Today i tried to sign in using email id I provided then to create account and password for GC account and it worked:) submitted photo/ address

nothing yet. :( what to do? Calling IRCC daily just getting reply wait. Replying daily to main pr approval mail still getting no reply:(

Called them on Monday and tried again and got connected. She was so rude told me you called on Monday and calling again today? Just after 2 days nothing is changed so continue waiting nothing else anyone can do except officer. I was talking and she hang up my call.

If I am not wrong if you didn’t went outside of Canada you can submit the old one. You don’t need to apply for a new one. There is no expiration of PCC unless you leave country. So, you are good to submit old one.
