Pretty much no updates for me either. Submitted application on Sep 8, 2022, outland-online, with the latest activity being Medical completed on Dec 17, 2022. Just received two 'Letter of Information' regarding Call Center contact number and stuff ( which is the the regular call center number ) recently ... why one may ask, I have no clue but nothing much to do apart from having tea and wait

did it say in the pr tracker that your background was completed or in progress or was it ‘not started’ when you got PPR?

It looks like there are many cases which summited by paper in Sep 2022 Those are waiting for next step after Medical Passed ... (I'm in the same boat...)
