Today I appear for my hearing, quite lengthy of 3 :00 hours.

At the end he mentioned that my lawyer doesn't need to submit his submission. What does that mean.? Council member said that he thinks that at this moment he believes that my lawyer doesn't need to submit his submission.

What does that mean by that? That is mean he accepted my case?

If anybody went from similar situation please let me know what was the outcome of your hearing. Thank You Guys for your valuable information so far.

Normally, that sounds like a positive decision. If you didn't get your decision on the table, ti can go both ways. My lawyer had to give a verbal submission and I got the decision on the table.

Experiences are different for everyone, so just hold on to hope.

Most probably it means positive decision. You will receive NOD in 2-3 weeks. All the best!

Member did not even ask me question about internal flight.

Even me too. Member did not asked internal flight. Straight at the end simply told that he doesn't have any questions to ask & at this point he believes counsel don't need to submit their submission & finished..
