I received my AOR on 24th Feb 2023. When I login to ecas, status shows as 'Application Received'. I created my citizenship tracker account and there it shows 'In progress'.

Which status is correct? As per which status the tracker sheet 'In progress ecas' is column is getting updated?

They are finishing up Sept, OCT applicants are still waiting. Same here as others from Ottawa, Ghost update on 18th and nothing after that.

The "in Process ecas" means that you were able to create your tracker account and successfully sign in to it.
your current status in the tracker shows in progress, then this is the actual status
