Citizenship grant application - Processing delay - Medical Surveillance

hey again, sorry that I haven’t checked forum for a while. Let me tell you what happened on my side. After reaching regional public health they figured it out and update Ircc public health liaison unit(phlu). Then phlu send new an email saying;

“According to our records, you are in compliance with the medical surveillance requirements associated with your application. This means that you have completed the actions that were required of you by IRCC in relation to your medical condition and no further action is needed at this time.

We have updated your file to indicate your compliance with IRCC and included a copy of this message.”

So I assumed they informed citizenship officer. But I still have additional information requirement pending on the tracker. For this reason I called IRCC call centre twice. They told me it’s received but tracker sometimes doesn’t get updated.

I think you also received email from IRCC phlu for completing medical surveillance. They updated citizenship officer. We’ll wait and see. What do you see @ExLeo777 when you log in to tracker?

My application received on June 2021
Citizenship test competed on Mar 2022
LPP is still in progress almost one year now
Because of condition32

And when you applied citizenship?

I got it by email from IRCC urgent
I ask for my application how to slowly no update around 1 year
They told need cleared of condition 32 before final decision
But my tracker nothing show me about the problem.

Yeah process is so weird. In my case that additional information request popped up but I didn’t receive any email. Then I called and informed me about condition 32. So even if I learned that it’s cleared, additional information request is still in my tracker.

Do you know which office process your application? Maybe try to reach them out via email they sent for test scheduling from last year.

So i think they send it come back when everything is compete
So we just need to wait no choice
If there is further news, we will keep in touch

I have got the same issue. Family application. We finished test since July 2022 and no update. When we applied last year, I had included all the letters from public health TB clinic saying my wife complied with conditions 32. But in January 2023, I realized that there was a delay and decided to look at conditions 32 again and discovered I had received email in 2019 from IRCC confirming that conditions 32 had been complied with. So on January 17, 2023, I sent that email to IRCC. My wife’s GCMS notes which I just received shows that IRCC had put her file on hold since June 15, 2022 and only updated it after they received that email from us in January 17, 2023. Condition 32 was marked passed on January 20, 2023 and the file was moved back into processing on January 30, 2023. The GCMS notes also shows that the officer charge has been given a due date of May 5, 2023. We pray to get LPP and oath invite before that date.

So you haven’t received any notification from IRCC and nothing on tracker regarding condition 32?
Even IRCC Public health liaison unit (PHLU) said in their email that my file was updated regarding condition 32 compliance, I have become worried about citizenship officers will not pick up the file and wait for a deadline. That’s why I send all the correspondence with PHLU to IRCC via webform.

I cleared of condition 32 on February 09 2023
My every thing is competed on Mar 08 2023
Just wait for oath notice
