I’m happy for you. I know that IRCC Public health told me everything is ok. But still I have sent that email which stated medical clearance to IRCC via webform. Hopefully I will see some progress in mine. Because definitely they’re putting the application in hold due to medical clearance.
Yes. I would recommend sending it to them as a web form. And yes, no one ever told me that the file was pending due to condition 32. I only discovered that after receiving the GCMS even though we have called CIC several time about the request for additional document appearing on my wife’s application even though we did not receive anything letter or email from CiC. One thing I am concerned about is why my own application is also not moving forward, is it because of my spouse condition 32 issue? Is there any one with family application where one of the parents have a conditions 32 issue? Did it delay the family application?
It delays family application altogether, in my opinion. In our case, my spouse’s and kid’s applications are not moving forward, probably waiting removal of my condition.
We still see the additional info request on her tracker. But like yours, they have acknowledged receipt of further information. We applied for just the privacy one through IRCC. Is there a difference between applying through IRCC or CBSA?
I heard cbsa one is faster than ircc. How long did it take for you to receive? So even privacy one shows condition 32 details that’s good. What else can you see on the privacy one?
It took about two weeks. Well, you will be able to see the Staff ID No of the Officer handling the next stage of your file and the name of all of the offices that handled the file and what they did regarding the file. Importantly, you will also be able to see the due date for outstanding items like LPP. For my wife’s application, the Officer has until May 5 to complete LLP. Then I also noticed that criminality check has an expiration date that is exactly one year after you first passed criminality check.
You didn’t request yours that’s why you don’t know what’s pending on your side right?
I did but I did not get a response. I have noticed a trend that they do not respond to GCMS notes inquiry when there is nothing wrong with your application. A few of my friends have applied more than once without getting a response. However, the GCMS request seem to trigger activity on their file. Some got LPP after two GCMS request without ever getting the actual notes even after they have done oath.
Please i got this same mail today and wondering if you can advise on how to go about it, i have responded to the public health liaison email address, how long does it take to respond and what will they ask for? I complied when i landed and have all the results that show that everything is okay.
After you completed surveillance back in the day, have you received an email from Public health liaison unit that stated “now you’re in compliance”
