i heard it is normal until after your oath ceremony. but no too sure.

Question for people who've done their oaths: is the oath form(the one that needs to be signed and sent back via email after the ceremony to receive the certificate in the mail) received during or before the oath via email?

My application is stuck on December 16

I had some weird tracker issues like we both got the test invite the same time by email, but mine was for a month later. My tracker showed test not started all the way until completed on dec. 02.
But on the dec 02 update the timeline showed as backdated to October along with BG completed. And test in progress November (it showed nothing for me until dec 02)

since then my LPP is in progress...nothing since dec 16.

I have sent email to where the test came from (no reply)
Sent a web form (only automated reply)
And sent an email yesterday for the one someone posted for scarborough office oath. (Replied today that it's the wrong office and my file is in process)

That's it.

are they treating french and English applications differently in Montreal? Because that's the only difference between me and my partner's applications beside work.

I have the same problem with Montréal office as many of my friends who applied from Montreal.
In the other hand my friends who applied from different provinces with similar timeline are already citizens.

Montreal office does seem much slower than the other offices.

Except I have my BG completed and my test too but I had no GU after the dec 16 system update. And as mentioned my partner has an oath next week...we submitted the same time.

Did you submit in English or French?
