What @johnjkjk said but also, remember applying again could also mean another blackhole too. Basically its a giant mess. If you scroll up, theres a user from Jan2022 who posted here who has not heard back since AOR either so its just all a game.

What might make more 'sense' is potentially applying again without withdrawing. The Canada website mentions something about this and theres info on this forum about it too. I'm not fully suggesting you do this but I do wonder what implications could arise from 'applying twice'.

My MP's office responded saying that primary office is Scarborough, secondary is Mississauga. File has been transferred from Sydney.

Unlikely a coincidence, your recent emails must have pulled your file out of the blackhole, will approach my mp second time as well next week hopefully they will not send me back this time..

My Application is stuck in BG since last June and my wife's application has all been completed since last September. Last month I emailed IRCC to separate our application and last Friday I notice that her status changed to "Decision Made" and my son's prohibitions step completed.

Did IRCC approve the separation of our application? When will my wife expect to have the ceremony from the DM status change?
