When eligibility completes on tracker? During gu1?

I‘m sorry, I was just able to log in the tracker recently, so I don’t know the exact date.

I.e. My tracker history says "Background Check was marked as complete on 01 Feb 2023"

Hey everyone, i got PPR last night! Following are my timelines:

FSW Outland (PA +2)
COR - India
ITA - 26th Oct 22
AOR - 31st Oct 22
MEP/BIL - 9th Nov 22
GU in mid-Dec - Background check changed to "Your appln. is in progress"
GU on 1st Feb - Background check changed back to "We are processing.."
PPR - 16th Feb 23 - Received request letter in GCKey

Nothing else changed on the GC account. Funnily though, "Review of addn. docs" changed from "We do not need addn docs" to "Jan 20 - We are reviewing addn. docs", even though I was neither asked, nor I've submitted any addn. doc.

On the new app status tracker, I haven't seen any change since I created my account.
Me & my wife's background check was completed on 1st Feb. All other things are showing completed for me.
My wife's eligibility is still showing "not started".
My 4 year old kid's eligibility and background are still showing "not started".

I have read & re-read my letter but can't find mention of any visa office. The only thing that I think might be the VO is "RROC office" but i guess that's just their standard problem resolution helpdesk.

Medical exemption claimed (for in-Canada applicants) and accepted in GCKEY on Nov 4 , 2022
Biometrics updated from past.
Both medicals and biometrics are shown as 'completed' in New tracker and GCKey.

New tracker says 'not started' but GCKey says 'We are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements'.

Background check:
Same as above

Unfortunately there is no such record for eligibility. My background verification was marked in progress on Jan 18. May I know when your background verification started?

The BG check status in my GC key says "we are processing your application. However, on the application tracker background verification shows not started.

I copy/past my UCI but it dosn't work it say something wrong with infos or application even not in system :s I'am FSW-O, i already submitted biometrics...this tracker is gonna driving me crazy !!!!

EDIT : it seem that this is tracker only for "sponsorsed" applicant. When i hit "need help creat account, i got this
The category isn’t set up in the tracker yet.
The permanent residence tracker is currently only for people sponsoring or being sponsored as a spouse, partner or dependent child."

No, it's for everyone who has received AOR. Many are not able to register because of this weird issue in the box asking applicants place of birth. For example, I was trying TORONTO, ONTARIO but it was actually TORONTO,ONTARIO. Use all upper case and not space after comma. Try this and it should work. Thanks!

Thanks! No I don’t remember that, but I don’t think that’s really relevant. For post July candidates, the committed timeline by ircc is 6 months for 80% of candidates.
