I think you are unlucky. Sydney office will check background first basically before transfer your app to secondary office (local office). If Sydney office don't do anything, it is still at Sydney forever (RCMP/CSBA not started). So i think your app got stuck at Sydney office which was not transferred. If I were you, I would resubmit app online again without receipt payment( no pay fee, and it will be resent). Only just wake up the agent to check the previously forgotten application.

In the worst case, you could end up waiting another two years. Your UCI will be in the system. If it was flagged for review before, the flag will still be there.

Suggest waiting for the security activities info from CBSA, and accordingly act.

But my ATIP notes say secondary office is Vancouver so my application is already with Vancouver office.

No. If your app is at Vancouver office, location must be Primary office and secondary office is Sydney.

Because Sydney office forgot your app, they did not process your app, not transfer it to Vancouver office, so you must wait until they discover it and transfer

FYI it can take months, for me everything except for oath is completed since May 31, 2022.

What is the correct way of contacting IRCC regarding my case? Any number I should call or submit a form to?
I don't have any information about which office is handling the application.

Anyone heard such case?

My wife received test invite yesterday, she had not even started for preparing for it and since today morning her profile is stuck at "loading" page.

As per posts on this forum, the profile gets stuck there only when you have oath coming soon. It surely not the case with my wife as her test is not yet done.

What could be the reason?

your profile could go to this state for multiple reason, clear cash and use different browsers

same situation, My CBSA notes indicate that CSIS and RCMP not requested. Is it possible that our applications are forgetten at Sydney office, what are you thinking to tackle this problem.
I am thinking of withdrawing my application and apply again , This indefinite waiting is killing my . I have tried every possible way from requesting ATIP notes IRCC,CSIS,RCMP,CBSA , contacted my MP , sent web forms, calling IRCC ,I even sent registered mail to Sydney office asking them to verify that my application is not forgetten. I also sent emails to IRCC Calgary office where I live and sent email to Vancouver office.
I don't know what else can be done to get my application moving.

I sent email to CBSA asking them to send me security activities, do you have an idea how long they take to respond?

Just sent an email to my MP last night. Thought about withdrawing as well, but I’ve read that it can take up to 6 months to withdraw from their system(waiting to receive connfirmation that it’s withdrawn..) and with current trends I don’t doubt it could take longer. I also don’t know what else to do :/
