Pr card renewal online file returned due to photos are missing

EI @12 :-- when did you apply ? i still have photo missing error

I applied on the 15th of December. The error message lasted for 2 weeks.

Happened to my wife for a second time on January 24th. Happened first time on December 29th. Resubmitted this time with a digital photo from staples.

Before your application was approved .. Did you see any update in portal or any email that you are approved and the card is arriving soon in mail ?

I have the same issue!
PR Renewal (no urgent) submitted on Dec 29.
Return reason: Photos are missing
Action: View button is greyed out

I didn't receive any e-mail from IRCC

Btw, my pictures were "perfect", they were taken at Staples.
Do you think I should reapply?

this morning the "Photo are missing" warning disappeared!
I believe it's a glitch/bug in their software.
Hopefully I will get my card soon!

Hello, My PR card renewal application returned with photos are missing reason. I uploaded photo again and submitted with the same fee receipt and submitted a webform as well. It still shows photos are missing under the reason tab. How long do they take to clear that from the reason? I resubmitted a week ago.
